The Space:
Durango Resort offers you a space to lay your head after a long day enjoying the beauty of nature! Your 1 bedroom/1 bath Suite condo is 436 sq ft! In the master bedroom there is a king bed, an attached en suite. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio with a hot tub, where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. With all the necessary amenities, a golf courses to explore, you're sure to create many memories.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.

Located in Historic Downtown Durango, a neighborhood in Durango, this condo is in a rural area and in the mountains. Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Durango Arts Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chapman Hill Ice Rink and Ski Area and Hillcrest Golf Club. Durango Discovery Museum and Historic Tram Park are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
