• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Due to the amount of laundry we ask that guests wash all used towels in order for the cleaning company to maintain their schedule.
• Empty the refrigerator of all leftover or used food items. if you have unopened refrigerated items that you are unable to take with you and don't want to go to waste it's ok to leave in it the fridge.
• All trash is to be placed inside the large brown trash can. trash can is to be taken straight out to the road and placed in between our main driveway and the driveway to the mobile home nextdoor
