Five generation family home now available for short-term rentals. Superb location-two to three blocks to the water, downtown restaurants and shopping, baseball stadium, parks, marina, playground, the Pinellas bike trail, and .6 miles from the Fenway.
The house faces south to bask in the sun on the prettiest street in Dunedin, quiet and green with huge old trees dripping with Spanish moss. The house layout provides ample space for a group, with well-separated rooms to give a sense of privacy. Upstairs is the airy master bedroom with a super comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom that overlooks the trees. Also upstairs, a second large bedroom has a king and a double bed, and a hall bathroom. The downstairs queen bedroom opens into a small office and has a hall bath with a walk-in shower. There is an airy living room, separate dining room, a beautiful sunny kitchen with a breakfast nook, a front screened porch and an open, unshaded front porch for the winter days when the full sun feels delicious. Full of historic charm and original details, while freshly updated with modern conveniences.
You can sit on the front porch and watch dog-walkers, bikers and strollers, or walk over to the weekend Farmers' Market a block away. Enjoy the wide variety of cafes, restaurants and craft breweries all within a few blocks- no need to drive! The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fancy family meal for eight, or a simple lunch for two to savor on the screened porch.
