You’ll have access to the entire 2 bedroom 1 bath unit - approx 950 sq feet as well as a private fenced outdoor area. On-site parking for 2 cars provided. Additional public parking available close by.

Please note, we’re super committed to our promise of quiet time at 10pm. Our cottages are on a small downtown street. Fantastic thing about our prime location is that you can keep the late-night fun downtown, then tip toe back to the quiet of your own place. Tiki Rides provides a free shuttle in and around downtown Dunedin, making it easy to hit all the spots on your list. A new downtown looper adds another option. If you want to venture a bit further try the Jolley Trolley, providing service to Clearwater Beach, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. Headed to Clearwater Beach? Walk to the marina and catch the Clearwater Ferry to Clearwater Beach (check their website for exact availability). A nice boat ride and none of the hassles of beach parking.
