The complete third story of this home is called The Houston Master Suite named after the current owners. The largest of the four total bedrooms in our historic home. The home is one block from picturesque downtown Dunedin. You have an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed and kitchenette, a sitting room with sleeper sofa as a second sleeping space/ office area.

The Space

The third story master suite, the Houston Master Suite is named after the current owners. Once you enter the space you are greeted with lots of light in your comfortable sitting room. To the right of your sitting room you find your Master Bedroom with a king size bed and attached extra large ensuite with an oversized jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sink. You will also find a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. In the sitting room, you will find your 2nd sleeping area complete with a full size sofa bed. The front room that overlooks the front of the house is perfect to sip your morning coffee and a great desk to plan out your activities or work from home before heading out on the town. Please note: the bedroom sits between the sitting room and the bathroom. This room is not appropriate for families with children under the age of 14.

The first floor is designated as a communal space. You will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath and laundry room. Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 8 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
