The space The second bedroom, THE BOYD ROOM, has a KING size bed, updated private bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
All of the 4 master suites have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, Desk, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet.

Shared Space
The first floor is designated as a communal space. You will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath and laundry room. Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 8 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
Located by the sea, this apartment is in Downtown Dunedin, a neighborhood in Dunedin. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Tampa Bay and Sand Key Park. Celebration Station and Pier 60 are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
