As you enter the home, you come to a 2,243 sq. ft. of an open floor plan ready for entertainment or catching up on work, with a reading/TV room where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts and office space fully equipped with desk/chair, printer, and monitor. It has a Bose Sound system connected to the TV for streaming.
The family room has a generous seating area and a view of the Willamette Valley. You’ll catch occasional glimpses of a family of deer prancing around.

The full kitchen has various appliances (KitchenAid mixer, air fryer, slow cooker) and is fully stocked with pans/pots and two knife sets. Don’t worry about bringing olive oil, spices, coffee (regular ), or teas. The coffee bar has several coffee makers (regular, French press, and a Nespresso Espresso machine) and a tea kettle.
The kitchen has breakfast bar seating for 5 while you cook and enjoy your time together.
The formal dining room seats 8, with tableware for every occasion, formal and informal, indoor and outdoor.
Prepare those well-earned cocktails at the end of the day in the living room’s swanky bar, which has a generous assortment of glassware. Or move outdoors to the covered patio to grill and enjoy your meal overlooking the incredible views that include Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson. Enjoy your coffee and the incredible sunrise over the valley on the eastern exposure patio.

The completely remodeled en suite primary bath has high-end touches for your comfort, including rain shower, double vanity, floating trough sink, and pull-out board drawer for extra counter space. The ample walk-in closet has two luggage racks and hangers.
In the next guest bedroom, the Rosé room, a queen memory foam mattress in a sleigh-style bed immerses you in the soft, delicate and sophisticated notes of the Rosé varietal. The walk-in closet has two luggage racks and hangers.
In the Chardonnay-themed guest bedroom, the European style is minimalist yet comfortable and crisp: a platform bed with an Eco Comfort queen mattress and a walk-in closet with two luggage racks and hangers.

The downstairs is a 782 sq. ft. gem with brand-new construction and furnishings. You’ll feel like you’ve just found a secret wine cellar. The swanky décor, well-stocked kitchenette, and spacious living room and dining area highlight this space. One bedroom / one bath with pull-out double sofa bed. A large covered deck perfect for sipping a glass of wine overlooks the yard and the Willamette Valley.
In the kitchenette, you’ll find plenty of glassware and tableware, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. The flat has a portable warming plate burner (no stove) for cooking a simple meal.

Independent keyless entry and convenient parking, with a separate entrance for up to four guests. This area can only be accessed through the outside entrance.

We love the lower level of the house as it has all the comforts of a standalone space. Ideal for a couple who likes their own space, or for in-laws who love to vacation together but like their quiet time, too. Independent entrance through the outside.
