Perched above the Willamette River, the Villa features 11 bedrooms (8 luxury suites and a 3-bedroom family suite), 10+ bathrooms, private and gathering spaces, ballroom, chefs’ kitchen, 3 kitchenettes, pool table with entertainment area, 3+ dining spaces and endless outdoor spaces!

Chefs Kitchen: The Chefs’ kitchen is complete with double Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers, Dacor double oven, Miele convection oven, Thermador grille, two Bosch dishwashers, and a six-burner gas range in the large granite topped island. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and serving items for 30+ guests. Pair that with its bright open-concept layout and views of the Willamette River from every window, you won't want to leave this gem!

Dining Spaces: Our formal dining room seats 24 between two big formal tables. The breakfast nook immediately next-door seats another 4. The pub table off the kitchen seats another 4.

Living Room: One big formal indoor/outdoor style living room equipped with comfy couches and a fireplace.

Multi-Purpose Room: This large room off the kitchen and connecting to the back patio has many uses. It can be utilized for: dining up to 40 guests, a buffet or bar set-up, catering prep area, classroom or presentations, group activities or exercises, etc. Generally, it is set-up as open space with a few game tables in it: ping pong table, poker table, etc. The multi-purpose rooms features a fireplace and an entire wall of custom built-in shelving.

Outdoor Living/Spaces: Symmetry and cadence are expertly executed and displayed in the boxwood hedges edging the garden “rooms” with the mesmerizing scent of hundreds of rose shrub plantings thoughtfully scattered thru-out both the formal and informal gardens as well as surrounding the great lawns. Many of the features found on the Villa's grounds include carefully cultivated natural arbors and a shaded concrete-pillared grape arbor overlooking the river. The windows of the estate along with the gardens and terraces are all designed to draw the eye to the river view.

Sports Courts: On the south grounds just beyond the ballroom there are two full-size sport courts. One set for tennis and the other for basketball, badminton, or sport court hockey.

Spa Inspired Suite Bathrooms: All 8 suites feature private spa inspired bathrooms with soaking tubs in 6 of the 8 suites. Each bathroom has a separate walk-in shower, custom closets/wardrobes and exquisite louvered balcony windows with vineyard or river views.

Ballroom: Our large luxurious ballroom features indoor/outdoor options and includes a kitchenette and co-ed restrooms.

Pool Table/Game Room: Equipped with a full-sized pool table, shuffle board, TV/entertainment area and a kitchenette.

Media Room: This fun space is tucked away up off the main floor suite wing and features a 55in television with dolby-surround home theater system, swaggy blue theater curtains, seating for 20+, and DVD + Blu-ray + CableTV + access to dozens of streaming apps.

3-bedroom Family Suite (2nd floor floor) – This 3-bedroom family suite is on the 2nd floor ‘south wing’…down a long-ish hallway and down a few stairs. It encompasses a living room with TV and couch, a full bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, and 3 bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 1 with 2 full beds, and the other with 2 full beds). All rooms feature exquisite louvered windows with vineyard or river views.

HOUSE RULES: Maximum occupancy for vacation rentals is limited to 30 guests overnight. Additional day time guests may be allowed with permission. There is a $100 per person, per night charge for each overnight guest in excess of 16. You will be required to read and sign a vacation rental contract to secure your booking. All guests staying at or visiting the home must be registered. No pets allowed at any time. Undeclared guests and/or pets will incur a charge of $5,000 for the violation and subject to immediate cancellation of your stay.
