Located on historic Moon Lake and only 18 miles from Clarksdale, MS and 12 miles from Helena, AR. This lake front property is a great place to stay for a summer day on the water, a fishing trip, a duck hunting venture, or a blues festival!
Patton’s Place has a private pier w an upper dock and floating platform for boat tie up. There is a seating area on the dock where where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail at sunset or a swim during the day. The yard itself is almost a full acre so there is plenty of room for kids to play and a large fire pit area for the adults. The inside is open and spacious with large kitchen, den, bar, and plenty of seating.
There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed + 2 twins and Bedrooms 2 & 3 have Queen size beds so there is plenty of room for your whole crew. Pattons Place is the perfect place to plan a large getaway on the Moon with friends or family!
