This is the perfect place for a getaway! There are miles of sandy beach along the shore of Lake Superior right out the back door. You are close (4 blocks) to the aerial lift bridge, Canal Park, and downtown Duluth. The house was newly remodeled in the spring of 2012 to include fireplace and sauna. Main level and upstairs have amazing views of Lake Superior (you can see the lake while relaxing in the claw-foot tub). Downstairs includes washer/dryer, Foosball, and air-hockey table.
Located in Park Point, a neighborhood in Duluth, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Bayfront Festival Park and Spirit Mountain are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Miller Hill Mall. Traveling with kids? Consider Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center, or check out an event or a game at Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and ice skating.
