Travel back in time with a short walk to Iowa's oldest Farmer's Market, a neighborhood coffee shop, art gallery, bookstore, public library, yoga studio, microbreweries or local dining establishments.
If you're lucky you may even be able to take in a local play, JDIFF film festival or Dubuquefest!
Main floor includes a beautiful living room with fireplace (non-functional), formal dining room with fireplace (non-functional), kitchen and 1/2 bath. Features include tall ceilings, wooden floors, pocket doors and bay windows.
This property features a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a separate door to the side deck...perfect for an evening glass of wine or cocktail.
Second floor includes a Master bedroom with private bathroom, a second bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and relaxation room. Relaxation room includes a futon (for additional sleeping needs), books and a record/cd player (some cds and records are provided.)

Located on a river, this vacation home is in Downtown Dubuque, a neighborhood in Dubuque. St. Luke's United Methodist Church and Carnegie-Stout Public Library are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Port of Dubuque Marina and Cherry Lanes Bowling Alley. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Five Flags Center or ImOn Ice Arena.
