With 150 feet of shoreline to explore, you can take a stroll along the water’s edge or enjoy a refreshing swim. The shoreline features a mostly sandy bottom with some rocks, so water shoes are recommended.

Perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts, this home offers direct access to hundreds of acres of nearby State land—ideal for trail riding, hiking, and hunting. Big Shoal Beach, one of the island’s most popular spots, is just a couple of miles away.

Peaceful and tucked into nature, this is the kind of place where you can truly unplug. Bring along some bird seed and enjoy watching the feeders come alive with migrating and local birds, and keep an eye out for osprey and other waterfowl over Bass Cove.
