Free parking is available on the premises. The only area that is not accessible to guests is the crawl space located under the home.

• Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
