Whether you want to get out and have an adventure, or would rather just cozy up for a night in, this exquisite house has everything you need to make your next vacation one to remember.

This home is located in the Creekside Meadows neighborhood. Our local HOA has a list of rules and regulations — you are required to adhere to these rules throughout your stay.

1. PARKING
- Street parking is not allowed
- All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway
- Cars parked in the street may be towed away by the City

2. PETS (NOTE: NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME)
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times
- No more than two dogs per home
- Dogs may not be left inside unattended
- Clean up all pet waste

3. QUIET HOURS
- 10 pm to 7 am

4. USE OF SNOWMOBILES, DIRT BIKES & ATVs PROHIBITED

5. OUTSIDE FIRES PROHIBITED
- Absolutely no fires or fire pits in picnic area or creek bottom areas.

6. OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED
- No noxious, annoying, offensive, or illegal activities are allowed.

7. TRASH
- Garbage trucks are in the neighborhood after 10 am on Thursday.
- Trash cans cannot be left on the street overnight

8. WILDLIFE PROTECTION
- Dogs must be on a leash
- No hunting or shooting of gun
- No feeding of wildlife
- Catch-and-release fishing only
- Fishing not allowed on Teton Creek until July 1, per Idaho F&G regulations

• Please turn all lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
• NO PETS ALLOWED
• Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning
• While we do not have cable, the television is steaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• We provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.

Located in Creekside Meadows, a neighborhood in Driggs, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Grand Targhee Resort and Grand Teton Distillery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Shoshoni Plains South and Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Linn Canyon Ranch and Teton Valley Foundation's Kotler Arena are also worth visiting.
