• Laundry pods are in the vanity above the toilet. use one pod per load placed directly into the drum before adding clothes. please clean the dryer vent. please leave the washer door cracked open.
• Smoking: smoking is only allowed at the end of the parking lot by the dumpster, where you’ll see a sign and a receptacle for butts. the hoa will issue fines for violations.
• Hot tub access: the key fob is on the kitchen counter. please observe posted hours. the hoa fines for after-hours use. the sign says there are two fobs, but there is only one.
