There are several great fishing alternatives within a short 20-40 minute drive from the house. Eleven mile Reservoir, Eleven Mile Canyon, Spinney Mountain Reservoir, Manitou Lake, and our favorite spot during the summer, Rampart Range Reservoir. All of these places offer great fishing from the shore and are family friendly. Pack a picnic and make a memorable day trip out of it!
Located in Spring Valley, a neighborhood in Divide, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument and Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Mueller State Park and North Slope Recreation Area.
