This beautiful, two-story home is the perfect place to call home if you’re looking for a serene mountain retreat. Nestled in the heart of the Rockies, this home offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Divide is a charming town located within eight miles with plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking and biking trails, as well as world-class skiing and snowboarding just a short drive away.
As you step inside, you will be greeted by an open and airy living space, complete with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace. This is a fantastic gathering spot where you and your loved ones can unwind, enjoy streaming favorite movies and shows on the smart TV, and plan all of your next adventures. The well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of storage space for all your cooking needs.
Step outside onto the spacious deck and take in the breathtaking views of the Colorado mountains as you dine alfresco. Watch your friends play a game of horseshoes in the yard while you show off your grilling skills and treat them to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Rainbow Valley, a neighborhood in Divide, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Cripple Creek Heritage Center and Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine and Old Homestead House Museum. Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center and Ice Castles are also worth visiting. Kayaking and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
