Located in the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village, only yards from the Gondola and the Summit Express lift and steps away from Keystone’s best shopping, dining and night life. If you’re looking for a vacation home where you’ll be close to everything, this is the place for you!
Our unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in River Run, blending mountain decor with a contemporary flare. As property owners, your comfort is our priority. We recently added brand new super comfy mattresses and bedding, living room furniture (including a leather sectional sofa with a queen sized sleeper), new stainless steel appliances, a large flat screen TV's in every room, trendy curtains, new showers, fresh paint, new hardwood flooring throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Enjoy comfort, style and location.
This ski condo boasts an amazing location, underground heated parking, an elevator, luggage carts, and a ski locker. These are huge factors when toting lots of ski gear and kids!
The clubhouse amenities consist of a steam room, hot tub, private pool (Expedition Station is the only building in River Run with a private heated pool, open year round), laundry facilities (one shared on every floor), pool table and fitness center. A playground, firepit, miniature golf course (summer) and the Dercum Square Ice Skating Rink (winter) are adjacent to our building. Other amenities include Free WiFi, cable and an outdoor charcoal grill near the pool.

-Only 6 people are allowed in the unit unless prior consent is given from the property owners.
-Master bedroom has a King bed with bathroom in suite.
-Second bedroom has a Queen bed.
-There is a full guest bathroom off the main hallway.
-The leather sectional in the living room has a Queen size sofa bed.
-Full kitchen.
-Keurig Coffee and drip coffee makers.
-Gas fireplace and partial mountain views.
Located in River Run, a neighborhood in Keystone, this condo is in the mountains. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dillon Reservoir. Traveling with kids? Consider Marina Park, or check out an event or a game at Silverthorne Recreation Center. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
