Walk to the gondola, featuring the only night skiing in the area. Explore newly opened Kindred next door with 4 new restaurants (opening 5/2026!) World class shopping, restaurants, and bars are a short walk away in River Run Village. Ski Tip Lodge restaurant also a short walk in the opposite direction. There is an extensive bus schedule if you want to explore Mountain House or Keystone Lake Village or Keystone Ranch and dont want to hassle with driving.
The Springs boasts the best heated, year round pool in River Run Village with a slide, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, firepit, and gas grill.
Your stay also includes access to a fitness room, steam room and showers, multi-media room with a large screen TV and DVD player, and a kids play room all in the newly remodeled lobby of the building. There is even underground heated parking and private ski lockers!
Perfect location to access the other nearby ski resorts! 5 miles and closest lodging to Arapahoe basin(Ikon pass), 20 miles to Breckenridge(Epic pass) and Copper Mountain(Ikon pass), 38 miles to Vail(Epic), 48 mi to Beaver Creek (Epic) and 54 miles to Winter Park(Ikon). Also, easy access to Dillon, Frisco, or Silverthorne if you're looking to eat out or shop away from the village.
Dont want to just ski/snowboard? Cross country skiing and snowshoeing nearby. Snowmobile rentals/trips as well. Keystone stables offer sleigh ride/dinner. Summer time golf, horse rides, UTV/ATV rentals, mountain biking trails, hiking, rock climbing, sailboat rentals at Lake Dillon, fly fishing all close, via ferrata and adventure park at Arapahoe basin. Want to climb a 14er? Grays and Tories nearby. There is a plethora of activities and this condo is central to access it all!
