Pet friendly Timberline Condo 35 is a spacious, comfortable, unit on Marina Park. Simply furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. Top floor unit with soaring mountain and summer lake views. Just across the street are paved walking trails that are open year-round and direct lakeshore access. Vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3, patio table seats 4. Unit has a funky jetted sunken tub in the main bath as well as a shower. Large private covered deck can be used year-round. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken upon Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Dillon's paved rec path is plowed in the winter for year-round use. Great for walking the dog. Walk the entire lakefront and visit Dillon's sculptures. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
