Upstairs on the main level you will be greeted by the master bedroom featuring vaulted ceilings, a King-sized bed, dresser with a smart flat screen TV and closet. The gorgeous en suite master bath features double sinks, hair dryer, a jetted tub and separate walk in shower. A second full bathroom is also located on the main level as you enter the open floor plan featuring a beautiful stone gas fireplace, Smart TV with free Netflix, vaulted ceilings with an abundance of natural sunlight and views from abundant windows. The well appointed kitchen has everything your family needs for a home cooked meal after a full day of activities. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee pot, toaster and additional bar seating add to the dining room table that easily seats 6 guests.
The second bedroom located upstairs is cozy with beautiful decor, Queen bed, TV, spacious closet and dresser. The third bathroom is off this room and also has double sinks, hair dryer and private tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, perfect for children, is complete with TV for gaming, dresser, a bunk bed with full over full mattresses and a twin trundle bed underneath to pull out for extra space, making it able to comfortably sleep 5. A full sized laundry room perfectly completes this level.

Settlers Creek is just a FREE SHUTTLE RIDE to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. Keystone's Shuttle is 100 steps from your front door to take you to the slopes every 20 minutes. Also, we are 6.5 miles to Araphoe Basin, the first slopes to open in fall and very last North American mountain to close each year!

*There is no on-street parking per city ordinance, however there is ample parking for 2-3 cars in the extra long driveway.

100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled 14 to 30 days before arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE:
* There is absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY KIND in this property or on the patio/deck. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette, cigar or marijuana smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke clean up and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and renter is liable for the costs.

* Renter MUST be at least 26 years of age and be present during stay.

* This property does NOT ALLOW PETS.

* This property requires stairs to access all bedrooms + bathrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

* Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located above the front door facing out toward the walkway. It does not look into any interior spaces.
