ENHANCED CLEANING MEASURES
Housekeeping & cleaning meets SafeHome (VRMA & VRHP) industry standard with towels & bedding washed in water that's at least 60ºC/140ºF between stays. All high-touch surfaces like countertops, light switches, handles cleaned with disinfectant.

ACCESS TO MOUNTAIN & VILLAGE
8 min walk to Mountain House Base for access to the Peru Chairlift. To get to River Run Village, take the Red Line free shuttle. The stop is across the street from the Lodge in front of the Mountain View Plaza & takes only 5 min.

If you want to drive to either River Run or Mountain House, leave early to get a spot in the free parking lots. We like to park in the free Mountain House lot near the ski runs, pack a lunch, & ski right to the car! If no space is available, there is always plenty of space in the daily paid lots.

SECURE SELF CHECK-IN
Keypad & private access code!

A few days before your stay, I will send your private secure access code. This code will activate at 4pm date of arrival, & deactivate at 10am date of departure. Use the same code for full condo / building access including: lobby door to building, condo, pool/hot-tub, fitness and heated garage. For increased security, the code is private just for you & your group. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Condo reservation comes with one (1) free unassigned parking space in the heated covered garage on the property. Your private secure access code will open the garage door. Additional free parking is available on the parking lot in front of the Oro Grande Lodge.

Parking of motorhomes, vehicles with tandem axles, trailers of all types, boats, snowmobiles, ATV's, or any similar vehicle are permitted to park in the exterior lot for a maximum of 4 nights ONLY between May 1st and November 15th provided that they only occupy a maximum of 2 parking spots.

POOL & HOT TUB
Access is open from 8am to 10pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, occupants of condo & guests swim at their own risk. At times access to pool or hot tub could be limited due to maintenance.

QUIET HOURS
Please be respectful of residents & guests of the Oro Grande Lodge, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

HOUSE RULES
House rules per Lodge HOA are posted in the hallways, and elevators for reference.

PREPARING FOR HIGH ALTITUDE
Plan ahead to reduce your risks. Keystone's elevation is 10,804' and altitude sickness can happen when your body is unable to adapt to a low-pressure, low-oxygen environment. Research websites for tips to prepare for your vacation to the mountains.

PETS & SMOKING
NO pets & NO smoking are permitted in both the Oro Grande Lodge & Condo #406 per HOA policy.

AIR CONDITIONING
Due to the mild high alpine climate, most properties in Keystone do not have air conditioning. Unit #406 does NOT have air conditioning. We have provided 3 box fans to help cool the condo if needed. The temperature typically cools off around 8pm; feel free to open the sliding door to the patio or window to quickly cool the condo.

RENT EQUIPMENT, EAT, DRINK
Located 200ft from the Lodge is Mountain View Plaza. Consider it a one stop shop for equipment rental, grocery, liquor store & restaurants. Dos Locos is an excellent Mexican Restaurant. For incredible soups, check out The Goat, Whiskey & Soup across Hwy 6. Also on the same street is Pizza 101, known for the Best Pizza in Summit County.

Located in Keystone, this condo is in the mountains. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dillon Reservoir. Traveling with kids? Consider Marina Park, or check out an event or a game at Keystone Tennis Center.
