Right on the bus route, this 2 bedroom plus semi-private enclosed loft end unit townhome is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic vacation!

The space
This split-level end-unit townhome lives like a single family home with only one shared wall and no neighbors above or below you. Parking is available right in front of the unit and no exterior stairs are required to enter the home. There is an exterior locked closet for Ski/Snowboard/Gear storage as well. Inside you'll find fast wifi and a dedicated work desk on the top level. Enjoy the feel of a single family style home at a friendlier price.

Bedrooms:

2 downstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One queen room has an attached deck where you can sit and enjoy food and drink while watching the sunset over Lake Dillon. A full bathroom and laundry are just outside these bedrooms on the lower level.

The third bedroom is a semi-private loft with glass French doors and abundant natural light from the living room. As an added feature, custom closures allow for a more private space than a traditional loft. In this bedroom you will find the second bathroom, a fully remodeled open style primary bathroom concept with a sliding barn door to separate the fully remodeled bathroom from the loft sleeping area.

Living area:

The large living room features a comfortable couch and multiple chairs where you can watch a movie while enjoying a real wood fire, play board games, and enjoy the amazing views through the large windows facing west. The TV features Xfinity cable as well as Apple TV where you can log into your own streaming services. Off the living room is the upper level deck, which overlooks Lake Dillon and has spectacular views of Mt Guyot and Bald Mtn, the Tenmile Range from Frisco to Breck, and Buffalo Mtn in the Gore Range. The electric grille on the deck is a great option for making a tasty dinner.

Kitchen and dining:

The kitchen, dining room, and entry way are each on the same level. Seating for 6 at the dining table, as well as three extra spots at the bar. There is an oven and electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you’ll need to cook and store your leftovers. We provide plastic wrap, aluminum foil, sandwich baggies, coffee, and tea. All spices, oils, and flour are on a take some, leave some basis. Coffee maker, French press, toaster oven, crock pot, electric griddle, waffle maker, cooking and baking utensils, and all standard dishware are provided. The hot tub, pool, and sauna are located in the clubhouse. Walking distance (0.2 miles from our townhome) but uphill so a car is recommended in cold/snowy/icy conditions. Pool towels will be provided and must be returned to the home.

Our townhome is on the ground level, however use of interior stairs are required to access the whole home as it is multi level. We have a ring security camera at the front door that looks out to the walkway and at the front door.
