Welcome to your Colorado Oasis! This brand-new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse offers stunning mountain and lake views from every room. Overlook Lake Dillon, the Tenmile range and Buffalo & Red Mountains on the large, private upper deck complete with natural gas grill, and enjoy the same view from a private hot tub located on the lower deck.
This home features a spacious, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and ample windows for natural light. Ensuite bathrooms, media room (with sleeper sofa), and two separate office areas (with monitors and HDMI cables) provide added livability and privacy.
