GROUND FLOOR unit with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors opening to an outside covered wrap around patio which allows you to venture out into the wilderness or just sit and relax to the sound of the river. In the Winter, sit in the great room in front of a roaring fire and watch the family make a snowman and play in the snow.

GOURMET KITCHEN with new appliances stocked with cookware, appliances, utensils, spices, serving platters and all the extras necessary to cook a bountiful feast for family and friends. Kitchen counter has seating at island for 6. Family room has 2 large coffee tables and seating options for dining in front of a movie or a roaring fire.

GREAT ROOM has a huge River Rock wood burning Fireplace and with wall mounted television, Comcast cable and wireless internet and large cabinet stocked with puzzles, toys and games for all ages. Great room has a double sleeper sofa. Den area has comfortable sofa for reading, relaxing and looking out at the view.

MASTER Bedroom Suite features:

Locked ski locker right outside the door and use of 4 sleds.
Free common permit only parking lot for 1 vehicle and wheel barrels for unloading belongings.
Free shuttles departing regularly to skiing, shopping, restaurants and more at Mountain House base lodge (1 mile) and River Run base lodge (3 miles).

Limitless hiking trails and paved or mountain bike trails for all levels right outside your back door along Snake River, Colorado Trail, and throughout the mountain wilderness usable in in all seasons. The Keystone River Golf course borders the Pines Condos on the east side.

Our Pines unit is located in the LobLolly Building which is a 8 unit building, no long hallways, multiple doorways and stairways. It is located next to the community pool building, steps from the free shuttle bus stop and no where near a road. The only sounds you hear are the rustling in the tall pine trees, the rushing of the river and the sounds of nature at play.

Avoid the crowds, noise, prices and parking hassles of River Run and relax in our West Keystone Mountain vacation home. Since we also enjoy staying at our condo, we have set it up to be comfortable and family friendly. We find that it is much easier to hop on the free shuttle to the ski base lodges than trudging with skis and boots from ski-in/ski-out lodging. Our shuttle bus stop is first so you can always get a seat on the bus.

Located in West Keystone, a neighborhood in Keystone, this condo is in the mountains and on a river. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street.
