BARBEQUES/FIREPITS/OPEN FLAMES – The use of all open flame charcoal, gas barbeques, cooking devices, wood/gas firepits, fire tables or heating devices are prohibited on balconies, patios, or elevated walkways as well as under any outdoor overhanging (covered) structure or within 10 feet of the building. Electric grills are acceptable to use on balconies. The propane grills located in the community grill area are still available to use.
Located in Mountain House, a neighborhood in Keystone, this condo is in a rural area and near theme parks. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street.
