This is an over sized two bedroom, three bath unit with extra floor space-37% larger than a standard two bedroom in River Run.
Located on the main level and walk out to amenities. The unit has a master suite and second bedroom w/ bunk beds, a queen bed and single bunk (sleeps 5 in this room) with it own bath. Spacious living area has a queen Murphy bed and pull out sleeper sofa. Third full bath! All three bathrooms have been remodeled in 2022. This large condo sleeps up to 11 people.
The lifestyle at The Springs is incredible. The private courtyard has a heated pool with slide, two hot tubs, a BBQ grill and a fire pit. Step inside, and you can make use of the game room, kid's playroom, pool table, exercise room, media room or just relax next to the waterfall.
The location is unbeatable. The gondola, taking you to ski slopes in the winter and hiking or biking in the summer, is a short walk away. In River Run Village you can enjoy festivals, apres-ski fun, fine dining and shopping. In the summer bring your fishing pole or golf clubs-some of the best of each is nearby-or enjoy the many outdoor activities that Summit County Colorado has to offer. Later, celebrate special events at one of Keystone's five star restaurants or have a pint at a local microbrewery.
In the condo, you'll have beautiful views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains, a full kitchen, fireplace, and high speed Internet access, among other amenities. This is the perfect vacation spot any time of the year.
Located in River Run, a neighborhood in Keystone, this condo is in the mountains. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dillon Reservoir. Marina Park and The Colorado Angler are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and ice skating.
