The adjacent dining area seats six, and the breakfast bar adds room for four more, making it easy to gather for meals or game nights. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals during your stay.
Located in Dillon Bay Condos, this is central to everything Summit County has to offer and close to downtown Dillon, Keystone Ski Resort, the bike path, Summit County Rec Path and Silverthorne. Enjoy all the dining and shopping of Silverthorne and Dillon in less than 5 minutes drive. Keystone Ski Resort is 10 minutes away. In the summer, Dillon Marina and the Recpath are just across the street. Summit County maintains an extensive paved Recreational Pathway System, commonly known as the Recpath, with 55 miles of trail leading all around Summit County and to the top of Vail Pass to enjoy biking, walking, and hiking. There is a clubhouse for the neighborhood with a heated pool.
There is a private deck with seating and outdoor dining table for lake side al fresco dining or apres happy hour.
