The condo is also just steps away from the Long Recreation Path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. A free shuttle bus stop nearby will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts.
The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table that seats four. Amenities include a gas fireplace, a large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary Wi-Fi, and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with easy access to the guest bathroom. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa sleeper.
