This is a 2nd floor, 1br, 1ba unit that sleeps four comfortably and is on the banks of Lake Dillon. You will have a fully stocked kitchen that makes dining and entertaining easy. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
You will be ideally situated between some of the best ski resorts in Colorado. You will have easy drives to Keystone (9min, 5.4mi), Arapahoe Basin (15min, 11mi), Breckenridge (26min, 15mi), Copper Mountain (19min, 13.8mi), and Vail (36min, 32mi). And, after a long day outside, you can use our sauna or Jacuzzi to warm up and relax.
It's an easy walk to the Dillon Marina. During the summers, this is a great location to go sailing, kayaking, or standup paddleboarding. You can rent boats or take lessons at the Dillon Marina, and there are kayaking/SUP rentals nearby.
Dillon also offers a summer sunset concert series at the Dillon Amphitheatre. These are a 'must do' when you stay in Dillon. The short walk to the amphitheater will be worth the experience of watching the sun set in the background as you enjoy the live music.
You will also be right on the Frisco - Keystone recreational bike path. Rides on the bike paths to either Frisco or Keystone are scenic. And, if you're adventurous or want a challenge, you can take the trail to Breckenridge or ride Loveland Pass.
Located in Dillon, this condo is on a lake. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Silverthorne Recreation Center or Breckenridge Recreation Center. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
