Each of our cottages are individually designed and furnished with an astute eye for detail. We hope you'll love your stay at the Derby Cottage! The Derby cottage was the first cottage built here at Julep and boasts a touch of modern design yet with a nod to the early years of the Kentucky Derby. Vintage ribbons from past competitions, Decades of jockey hats, mixed with old saddles and riding boots. We are so excited you'll be joining us here at Julep! We love to see people from around the world calling this cottage "home", even if it is only for a few nights.

Located in Dillard, this cottage is in the mountains. 12 Spies Vineyards and Farm and Scaly Mountain Outdoor Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Chattahoochee National Forest and Lake Burton. Andy's Trout Farm and Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Rafting and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking nearby.
