Note: Wheelchair accessible in the Main house via the back entrance, providing step-free access into the home. A bedroom is available on this level. No lift available.
Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings.
There will be a fully refundable deposit of $1500 which will be released after your stay as long as the property passes inspection and no rules are broken.
We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in San Leon, a neighborhood in Dickinson. Space Center Houston is a cultural highlight and some of the area's popular attractions include Kemah Boardwalk and NASA Johnson Space Center. Traveling with kids?
