Welcome to RoJo's Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.
We are renting out the upper level of our house/duplex. We live in the lower unit. Each unit has private, separate entry. The patio overlooks the beautiful Huron River in Dexter. The house is located just half a block to the historic Dexter Cider Mill(seasonal). It is just a short walk (1/4 mile) to downtown Dexter for coffee, brew pubs, restaurants, and shops. The Encore Theater is wonderful venue for musical theater lovers to take in a show. The house is just 8.5 miles from the University of Michigan Stadium.
Explore the beautiful Huron River, bring your canoe, kayak, paddle board, or tube. Skips Livery is also available to provide you with a relaxing day on the river. Enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away.
While you're enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.
Located in Dexter, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Kempf House Museum and Law Quadrangle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Bel-Mark Lanes and The Links at Whitmore Lake. Traveling with kids? Consider Ann Arbor Hands On Museum, or check out an event or a game at Michigan Stadium. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and water tubing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and horse riding.
