You’ll have your own private entrance for convenience and privacy. Please note: guests may stay in the separate first-floor unit, and some normal household noise may be heard. $100 refundable deposit required. Book today!

NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS - Unauthorized party/gathering fee: $500
Noise complaint fee (After first warning): $100 per complaint
Indoor smoking fee: $500
Lost/missing key fee: $65
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
▶️The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.
