From the balcony you’ll see a breathtaking view of the Gulf, the lake, all the way to the harbor. Even laying in bed the views are spectacular. Outside your balcony you’ll see nothing but water. The waterfall from the lake, the ever-changing colors of the sea, sunsets, sunrises, the occasional storm coming true, will make your stay an unforgettable nature encounter. Waking up to this incredible beauty is priceless. Sip a cup of freshly brewed complimentary coffee or tea, enjoy your fine glass of wine to celebrate the special day. It's the perfect property to getaway for max comfort and relaxation! Our 1100 sq ft unit is well kept, and clean. It's a joy to personally take care of our guests and making sure they have a smooth, worry free, fun stay. It's that Italian southern hospitality that makes our guests very happy and are coming back years after years. I'm reachable 100% of the time and within minutes. No agencies to deal with. THE UNIT has been recently remodeled, and professionally decorated with a southern riviera coastal look. New bedroom set and living room furnishings, two 65 inch and 50 inch smart TV with Direct Tv, ROKU, Netflix. New luxurious memory foam mattress with goose down comforters for your best night asleep. The two bathrooms are nicely decorated with porcelain and stone shower walls. The shower heads are powerful. The kitchen has new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and it's fully equipped with every essentials you might need to prepare your meals. The condo sleeps six with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. You'll love it! Because we stop at nothing to please our guests, our beach closet has 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 6 beach towels, a nice size cooler, inflatables, kids water toys, boogie boards, and a cart to bring them all to the beach. Kids love their closet. It beats having to shop for everything. Our unit comes with a free assigned covered parking, near the elevators.
THE RESORT. This property with all the amenities the resort has to offer gives you the best combination for an amazing easygoing, stress free getaway experience. The resort has ameneties pared to none in Destin. Throughout the resort our guests enjoy a choice of FOUR pools; (one is indoor, one has an handicap chair lift) three spas, a beachfront tiki bar with a large outdoor sitting area, a deli-cafe with a great local menu, on site beach rentals with waitress bar and cafe service right to your chair (seasonal). It has two newely remodeled fitness centers, one newely remodeled sauna and steam room, two grill area, a convenience store, conference center, game room arcade, two tennis courts, pickerball courts outdoor and indoor showers. Now even the EV charging stations. FREE WiFi, FREE PARKING, guard gated, 24/7 security, and basic front desk services. The resort is perfect for families with children, friends gathering, honeymooners and couples getaways. No loud parties allowed, no smoking allowed, no pets.
