The space
Comfort Beach Haven is a bright and airy property that is tastefully themed with modern coastal colors, just right for your getaway!
On the lower floor, you will find:
One bedroom has a king size bed with patio access.
Another bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with access to private patio and yard w/ table and chairs.
(Inside this bedroom features a standup Arcade for kids and adults)
The main floor (2nd floor) hosts a large master bedroom with king size bed, office desk, ensuite bath with upgraded glass shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Included in the master bedroom is a Play pen with full size bassinet for the little one.
The main floor also features a dining room and living Room that leads to a spacious deck.
The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa chair (Full size) and a center
table stocked with lots of fun family games. The living room leads to a spacious balcony with a community pool view; equipped with outdoor tables and chairs..
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances - Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and so much more.
The lower floor also comes along with a walk-in laundry room and access to the garage where you will find in the storage closet with all you need to make your beach trip enjoyable.
In the Garage, Comfort Beach Haven comes fully stocked with all of your beach getaway essentials - including a beach cart, beach chairs, surf boards, a cooler and a beach umbrella.
The unit can accommodate 3 full sized vehicles, 2 in the driveway in front of the unit and 1 in the garage.
This resort style property is perfect for family vacations, couples or friends getaway, or to treat yourself to a relaxing vacation time at the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Each room has a Roku Smart TV. The smart TV in the living room and as well as the left side bedroom on the lower floor both have HDMI cable for gaming capabilities.
The Living Room features farmhouse center table where you will find various fun time family board and card games, including Scattegories, Monopoly, Twister, Chess, Uno, Phase 10, Family feud, Dominoes, Giant Jenga and so much more).
