The unit has new furniture and rugs to ensure your vacation is relaxing. The open living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open the balcony. The oversized balcony overlooks the lake in Southbay that offers relaxing views of ducks and turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances as well as cookware and utensils needed to cook up a meal for the family. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for 6.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a King size bed, master bathroom, the guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds. one has a queen bed and a guest bathroom.

This unit is within walking distance to all the amenities of South Bay including the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Complex amenities include a 5-acre stocked fishing lake, two pools (one heated in winter) and a children’s pool, two tennis courts and a 300’ private beach frontage.
