Wake up to peaceful lake views, sip your coffee on the deck, and take a short, easy stroll to your private beach on the Gulf. Whether you're relaxing by the water, spotting turtles from the balcony, or heading out for a sunset walk, everything here is designed to feel easy and comfortable.

“Lakeside Beach House” is a beautifully renovated, airy 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Destin, thoughtfully updated to keep the space fresh and comfortable. With hardwood flooring (no carpet), coastal furnishings, and a light, open feel, it’s designed for an easy and relaxing stay.
The living area offers comfortable seating and lake views, with access to a sunny deck perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who may need to check in while away.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, private full bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to a shaded deck overlooking the lake and smart TV. The guest room includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a smart TV, and a full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials, including a combo coffee maker for both full pot and single-serve options. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Located within the Southbay community, guests enjoy access to tennis and pickleball courts, two pools (one seasonally heated), a kiddie pool, and a private catch-and-release lake.
The beach is a short walk away, just over the community footbridge and close enough for easy access, while still offering a quieter, more relaxed setting away from the crowds. The beach entrance is gated for added privacy.
Destin’s HarborWalk Village with restaurants, activities, and boating excursions, is just a short drive away as well as the popular Destin Commons mall with movie theater.
