Our unit is ideally located on the 5th floor of a cozy 42 unit complex where you don’t have to compete for space on the beach. Step out of the condo and feel the sand between your toes. It has fantastic views of the ocean and beach while overlooking the pool & shuffle-board area. Other amenities include a community room, gym, outdoor shuffle-board and BBQ area. Ocean side porch with tall chairs provide an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee, the evening sunset or just watch the children in the pool during the day.
The unit was fully renovated in 2020. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Amenities in the unit include a flat screen TV in the family room & second bedroom, cable, internet, and AC. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked and capable to cook any meal at home.
