This bright, freshly updated condo features new décor, fresh paint, and easy-care tile throughout. The living room offers a comfy fabric couch, a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, a 55" TV, plus a DVD player and a selection of movies for relaxing nights in. The kitchen includes a standard drip coffee maker for your morning brew.
The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed and ceiling fan, along with a private bath that includes a tub and tall toilet. The guest bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a full bed with a trundle that has a twin-over-full setup, along with its own DVD player. Altogether, the unit sleeps up to eight comfortably.
This condo is also one of the few that provides its own washer and dryer—located in the closet just outside the unit. Simply check with the front desk for the access code.
This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
