Get a quick workout in the gym, then enjoy the sauna afterward. The lobby offers a souvenir and snack shop so you won’t have to leave the resort to pick up gifts for everyone back home.
SunDestin 1212 is an updated, coastal two-bedroom corner condo with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. When you enter, you’re greeted by the main room with lots of natural light. Floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms means you get great views of the water below. The kitchen is fully equipped and you’ll find everything to make coffee and breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. A breakfast bar and dining table have plenty of seating for everyone and the living room has a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of seating to enjoy the coastal breeze. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and features a king bed and an ensuite bath. The guest room is large and has a queen bed and a twin bed. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, the condo can sleep up to seven comfortably. This two-bedroom condo has all you need to enjoy your beach vacation.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
Located in the middle of Destin, SunDestin Beach Resort offers many great amenities on-site and is close to all the action in the area. Big Kahuna’s Water Park is less than a mile away and so is The Track. Both are great places to enjoy a day off the sand. Grab dinner at the Destin Commons in central Destin, just four miles from the resort. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.
Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
