Caribbean Dunes is a 2nd floor unit - featuring a beautiful balcony with ocean views. This condo is cleaned by an Private Individual and not a cleaning service. It is cleaned from ceiling to floor each check out. Cleanliness is a must for me! You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this condo. No Exceptions! This is an HOA requirement. Please do not request to book if you are not at least 25years old. Amenities: • King sized Memory Foam bed in the master bedroom • Queen sized Memory Foam bed in the loft • Queen sized Memory Foam pull-out sofa • Beautiful new tile floors throughout • New washer & dryer • Community pool & hot tub • Free WiFi & Streaming • Stainless steel appliances, 3 flat screen TVs & top of the line furnishings throughout. • Beach towels, Beach chairs and sand toys for your use and enjoyment. Activities: • Bike and waterboard rentals 1 block away • Premier shopping a couple of blocks north @ Destin Commons • Local shops and Outlet Malls within a 5 mile radius of Caribbean Dunes. • Endless family entertainment including --The Track, an outdoor go-cart and mini-golf park --Big Kahuna's, an outdoor water & adventure park --Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl --Henderson State Park, and many, many more. DISCLAIMER: • Please be aware of these fees before you book: --$200.00 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee --11% tax rate --$59.00 damage protection policy is required --Booking fee charged by HomeAway • I reserve the right to inspect the property if I have been notified of any of the following issues. Violators of the following rules will be evicted without return of rent or deposit- all occupants will be evicted if there is any violation. --This condo is not available to rent to anyone under the age twenty-five (25). All persons under the age of twenty-five (25) must be accompanied by a parent at all times. --Maximum occupancy six (6) --Pets are not permitted --No smoking --Condo noise policy must be considered at all times --No glass in or around pool area or beach -- Pool and door codes and wifi password will be emailed to you the date of your arrival. Check In is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am.
