Thanks for booking Bright and Modern Paradise for your Desert Hot Springs stay. You will most definitely have a good time. There is a fee of $300 for the first 2 nights and then $50 per night (if your stay is longer than 2 nights) for the pool and jacuzzi heating. The heated spa only is $50 per night. If you’d like that option included please let me know. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Feel free to ask me any questions, I’ll be happy to answer to the best of my knowledge.

ATTENTION
Do not put soap, shampoo, or any other type of liquid in the jacuzzi or pool. You will be charged $600
Do not use GLASS cups around the pool area. If broken glass is found in the pool or pool area you will be charged $1000.
It is for your own safety.
Please don’t throw paper towels or baby wipes in the toilet.
Please don’t clean makeup with towels use a tissue.
If your car leaks oil please don’t park on the driveway use street parking. Or you will be charged a special cleaning fee of $299

Please do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want your neighbors to behave in your own neighborhood back home. Chances are your Desert Hot Springs neighbors will expect the same of you. A little consideration goes a long way. We ask you
to please observe the following City of Desert Hot Springs Rules and Regulations for Vacation Rentals:

NIGHT TIME hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.

A CALL from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. Our officers may issue YOU a citation (min $500 fine maximum $1K or more) if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not be.

Our kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances as needed. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher after use.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Please note, if smoking is detected inside the home, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
