The backyard features a large pool & spa, an outdoor dining area, playing area, gas grill, firepit and lounge space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :)

The living and dining room area is great for spending time indoors, playing board games and having dinner with your guests. We provide a variety of board games!

Our game room features a pool table, poker table, ice hockey and darts. Play games or watch your favorite movies on 75” TV.

The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds (queen over queen), sleeper sofa and 2 air mattresses. We can host up to 16 guests. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.

The house offers driveway parking and street parking. No garage parking is available.

There are built-in speakers inside the house so that you can enjoy your favorite music with your guests.

Other things to note

Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

PETS are allowed. We charge $95 per pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically).

There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.

* During the warmer season (April-October) pool heating is available for $95/day.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Other things to note
There are 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located in the backyard pointing to the backyard, 1 located in the side yard pointing to the side of the house and 1 located in the front yard pointing to the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the backyard. It is required by City of Desert Hot Springs.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- 80/day to heat up to 82°F
- $135/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
