POOL & SPA:
Pool heat is included during your stay. If you do not wish to have a heated pool, please message us. This will reduce your nightly rate. We do not charge to heat the jacuzzi. Since the pool and jacuzzi share a heater, they cannot be operated simultaneously. Guest are not permitted to tinker with the pool controls. On the Primary suite patio, you will find a push button remote box. This will turn on the pool/spa lights start/stop the jacuzzi. Please note: Everything at the house runs on propane, which is quite pricey. Please be judicious in your usage.
BEDROOMS: The Master Suite has an elevated California King-sized pillow-top mattress, a 43" LG television with Apple TV; a walk-in shower and a separate sunken tub, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. Attached to the master suite is an outdoor patio.
Each of the 2 guest bedrooms have Queen size beds, mirrored wardrobe closets and dressers.
LIVING AREAS: The living room/dining room/kitchen is a spacious, well-appointed open floor plan. We have a 75” LG Smart TV/entertainment center with a direct-connect Bluetooth soundbar/subwoofer for luminous stereo sound quality. Our large sofa/lounge chair comfortably seats 4-6 adults. The adjacent dining area also seats up to 6. We have a PS5 with two-controllers, DirecTV with tons of movies and live sports. Play a video game, watch a film or a ball game, binge a TV show or just listen to your own music, streaming service or podcast. Play some pool and sip a cocktail in our billiards area, which features a voice enabled bluetooth speaker. Use the familiar "Hey..." phrase to activate and ask questions or stream from your phone/tablet while you play pool.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all utensils, plates, glassware, serving trays, a blender and an espresso machine. Please note, the lower cabinets are designed a bit weird have an awkward opening. Espresso and coffee are complimentary.

Located in B-Bar-H Ranch, a neighborhood in Desert Hot Springs, this vacation home is in the mountains. Cabot's Pueblo Museum and Palm Springs Air Museum are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Desert Hot Springs Town Center and El Paseo Collection. Las Palmas and Palm Springs Lanes are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with mountain biking.
