Relax at our peaceful and spacious house, watching sunsets over the mountains from our newly renovated living room and kitchen. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Palm Springs and 45 min. from Joshua Tree. Located in a quiet street with a 3 4 minute walk to pools and mineral pools.The sizeable master bedroom comes attached with a bathroom, walk-in closet and a very comfortable queen bed. Amenities include a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dishes and cooking utinsels.
The space
HOUSE:
This two bedroom, two full bathroom home is not only in an exceptional location near the pools but has an equiped office with a beautiful view, a deck and back patio. You will enjoy your stay both for the spacious home and outdoor space complete with mountain views.

The home has a bright and cozy living space with wall to wall windows to take in the views. Enjoy watching your favorite shows two large TV screens with cable.

The kitchen is a very newly renovated modern kitchen with new stainless steel stove and refridgerator. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including a Keurig, coffee pot, kettle, coffee and tea, dishes, cooking utinsels, etc.

The primary bedroom is very spacious with a very comfortable queen sized bed, a walk-in closet, attached full bathroom with two sinks and ample storage. The second bedroom has a double size bed with dresser and under bed storage, large closet. --perfect for one or two people to stay and enjoy their own space.

The front deck off the front room has a lovely seating area perfect for a drink to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the San Jacinto Mountains.

The back patio is private with a BBQ, fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy reading a book or sitting around with friends. Off the patio is a spacious backyard with a reclining lounge chair to catch some sun.

This home has many areas where one can relax.

This home comes with tennis rackets and balls and pool towels.

SAFETY:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest to ensure you have a safe experience.

PARKING:
Our home has a driveway that can hold two cars back to back if needed. The resort is completely walkable and this home is very close to the east side clubhouse with the mineral pools and hot tubs.

RESORT:
Sky Valley Resort is the favorite of many people. Tiny houses and mid century style manufactured homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 10 natural mineral pools 3 minutes walk in addition to hiking trails, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball courts. There is even a farmer's market every Wednesday (weather permitting) and a little market + cafe at the clubhouse.

Sky Valley Resort is a secure, gated community. You will be provided a gate code upon your arrival. Parking available for two cars in driveway. The resort is very walkable and bike friendly. Additional guest parking available on the street and at the clubhouse. Most residents use their golf carts to get around. Golf carts are available for guest rental during the season September-May annually.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This is a quiet & serene community of vacationers and permanent residents in the beautiful Sky Valley Resort. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet at all times and in all locations.

All guests must be at least 25 years old to book and provide a valid photo ID. Guests will sign the resort rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

LONGER STAYS:
We require a mini cleaning every 2 weeks for long term stays at $45/cleaning + $125 for the checkout cleaning.

Located in Desert Hot Springs, Dreamy, Spacious Home w/ view, Desert Hot Spring is in the mountains. Sky Valley Golf Club and Sands Rv & Golf Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sand to Snow National Monument and Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument. Check out an event or a game at Agua Caliente Casino, and consider making time for Palm Springs Convention Center, a top attraction not to be missed.
