☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

☀ If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We

aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

☀ Please note that pets are not allowed at the property. If you have an

emotional support animal, it must be either a dog or a cat, and you must

inform us in advance. Failure to disclose will result in a charge of $250 per

pet, per day, plus any damages.
