THE SPACE:
Four unique bedrooms - two on the lower level and two upstairs - provide extra privacy and help minimize noise.

Living Room:
Bright, welcoming, and comfortably furnished, the living area features an open-concept layout with a large sectional, stylish decor, and Smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining:
Enjoy a spacious dining area with a formal dining table, coffee bar, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers a stove, built-in microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome! Please include your pet when booking by selecting the number of pets in the search filter. The pet fee will be applied automatically. If a pet is brought without being registered, the fee will be doubled.

SECURITY: There is a security camera located outside the front door facing outside that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.

$15 per guest per night after 6 guests
$100 pet fee (Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our pet fee)

By booking you authorize penalty fees for smoking, parties, unauthorized pets/guests etc to be charged if discovered. Please read house rules for full details on penalty fees.
By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed below:

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.

3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.

5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob (if property uses keys/fobs) has a replacement cost of $75 each

6. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.

7. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.

8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
