The kelp beds just off your backyard are attractive to seals, birds, and the occasional whale, and you’re likely to see lots of spouting from whales around and beyond the bay. You’ll love the big picture windows looking north and west in the living room, and you’ll be very comfortable in the reclining chairs and the sofa, which folds out to a queen sleeper.
