This stylish open concept home is perfect for group trips, or for small groups looking for a higher end luxury home with space to spread out. This home build was completed in the end of 2023 and everything, including all furnishings, is BRAND NEW! The designer fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances, quartz tops, and a large island is amazing group hangouts & prepping delicious meals. There are 3 levels with an insane primary bedroom, large bedrooms/baths, and fenced yard.

Enter the home to light and bright amazing living room and gourmet kitchen. You have a formal dining table and 5 barstools across the kitchen island to hang out and eat at. The main level is an open floor plan with room to spread out and has direct access to the private backyard. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom is huge bedroom with king bed, huge closet, and amazing master shower and vanity. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and share a jack & jill bathroom. The basement has 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom in the basement has full size bunk beds and the other room has a queen bed. The fenced backyard has a BBQ and sitting chairs and table ( we provide the grill but not the propane). There is a 2 car garage and driveway to accommodate at least 4 cars off street. There is street parking for overflow parking in front of the lot to the north of the home. Please do not block the neighboring homes.
